Reflections

This is my “older” album*. It’s about how differently life is perceived as you get older and covers various themes from loneliness and insecurity to dementia and confusion.

A reference to George Michael’s more mature and serious album “Older“.

Delhicatescence

An Indian flavoured piece on insecurity and the comfort of knowing that someone cares.

Home Free

Coming to terms with not having much to look forward to.

Money

A new [piss] take on the classic Beatles song with an important gender bias correction (and featuring my grandson). Who doesn’t want money at some point in their life? Peter Sellers did something similar.

Opus 7645231

What young people seem to be doing these days: a drum and bass exercise. Alien abduction? Time travel? Magic mushrooms? Don’t ask, I don’t remember a thing!

Sundays

A lazy Sunday afternoon walk though the park and home across a main road. Inspired by Rowntrees Park, York. Also available as the still video.

The Restless Mind

A turbulent soul at odds with itself: always on the go and looking for the next thrill but still seeking solace and peace of mind wherever it can be found.

Frère Jacques and the Three Blind Mice

A playful blend of two nursery rhymes guaranteed to bring back childhood memories.

Thirteen Eight to Siliguri Junction

Another Indian influenced piece, evoking the experience of travelling across its vast landscape by train, with a cameo appearance by Ravi Shankar.

This album is a work in progress; some tracks are not ready for publication yet. See What’s New for latest on these.
